The school board considers students' appearance, including dress and grooming, an important factor in maintaining an effective and desirable learning environment.

This illustration shows some examples of acceptable dress code standards. The illustration shows LIMITED examples, and the administration of BJSHS has the discretion to make the final determination of what constitutes acceptable dress code standards for students.

Students not in compliance with the school dress code will be asked to make arrangements to comply. School consequences may be assigned in accordance with the student handbook.
