BIS offers a comprehensive school counseling program that promotes and enhances student academic, career, and social/emotional development. Our school counseling program is a data driven collaborative process that involves the school counselor, student, family, teacher, administrator, and other education partners to assist student achievement and success. 

The school counselor offers:

• Short term individual counseling

• Small group counseling

• Classroom lessons

• Provides appropriate community referrals when needed
