Talk about some tough competition! Our BJSHS Bruins put their creativity on the line with a Holiday Door Decoration Contest. This year's first place winner was Mrs. Yvette Rouch's 5th period class who won with "Baby, It's Covid Outside!" The 2nd place winner was Miss Savannah Ireland's class and their 3-D Christmas Tree. In 3rd place, Mr. Randy Sehy's class took the honors with "Take an Elfie."
Great work, Bruins! 🎅🎄🎁

Too good not to share... Depending on your art perspective, this photo from Northside Elementary could be either "The Thinker" or "Principal on a Shelf!" Take your pick!

Blackford Spotlight - Mrs. Aryn Enos' 3rd grade class at Blackford Intermediate School:
"My class has been working hard on STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) projects with a Christmas theme! On Monday, students built the biggest present package they could using only 2 pieces of paper and 18 inches of tape. On Tuesday, students created a gumdrop chimney with gumdrops and toothpicks. The challenge was to see who could make the tallest and sturdiest chimney to hold Santa. So much fun!" - Mrs. Enos
Great job, Bears! 🎄🎅
